She has since developed a very personal approach in the very competitive business of St-Barths Luxury Villa Rentals. Monique has held all the positions in the services and Real estate business. Starting to work at 15 with his father as a housekeeper, she learned and experienced all the basics. At 20, she went to NY to achieve her formation in the Real Estate Business and she held a solid formation in Architecture and Tourism Management. Then Monique began to build and develop villas and was the first St-barth Woman to work in this business.
