My wife Darlene and our daughter Dariya and myself Kevin are New Yorkers and now live in Florida! We decided to purchase here to be closer when visiting our daughter/son in law and grandchildren who live nearby and moved down to Florida from NY as well. The staff are all friendly and helpful as well as accommodating, the resort feels comfortable and easy.

You are only 45 minutes of from the surrounding beaches of Daytona, St. Petersburg, etc. Pick one and go for the day. Attend a spring training baseball game of your favorite team, stadiums range in travel time and distance but are available.
