Beautiful Lake Front House on a 7 acre estate. 3 acres woods...4 acres open pasture...with a deep water open cove with visibility across the lake. We are located on the public side, relatively close to Lake Anna Marina!! A thorough cleaning is completed after each rental and comply with OSHA cleaning standards.

One of the most Affordable family, friends, couples getaway on Lake Anna and we like to think one of the most beautiful properties on the Lake.

This Main Floor Rental at the Lower Level of the House with WALKOUT access and Stunning Views of the Water is open and spacious with 10 foot ceilings 2,600 square feet and 4 bedrooms & 2 baths.

The 1st br has a beautiful Queen bed in Oriental motif with a private 8ft sliding door/view of lake, with additional windows with a hanging stained glass design, antique love seats with books for your reading pleasure, new Serta, pillow top Queen bed with 12ft/16ft private deck just outside the door, with gas grill.

2nd BR, in equestrian motif, has a quality, full futon, microwave, sink, private door/window with beautiful view of lake, 32' hd/tv/DVD combo,, books/games.

The living area is spacious with a lovely granite top, wet bar with insta-hot water dispenser. There is a bistro table and chairs on a raised stage area for playing chess/checkers/board games. A pub dining table for four has a view of lake. There is a 50' Hd/TV, blue ray, surround sound, with comfortable L shaped sofa and leather chairs to relax. The Bathroom is a tub/shower in fishing motif.

The 3rd Br is a twin with windows for view. The 4th Br has a queen, Laura Ashley mattress bed, in a fishing motif with wonderful view of water.

There is a full stocked kitchen complete with dish washer, coffee maker, NEW Keurig 1 cup, blender, pots and pans and accessories. and 2nd seating area with 2 love seats and dining table and tv.

Linens and towels, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper are provided as well.

Of course, the grounds are what sets us apart from the typical rental. We have 7 acres of pasture/mature hardwood trees giving the feel of overnight camp!! There are outside trail lights with wood chip paths for your safety, to walk.

There is a 15' X 20' deck with gazebo and patio furniture lighting, ceiling fan, exquisite view of lake, while underneath a canopy of 150 yr old trees. On cool nights, the chiminea and/or fire pit will provide warmth and a place to roast your marsh mellows!!

The trail to the boat house passes the sandy beach. The screened in boat house has ceiling fan, fridge, ceiling light, docking area for your boat or jet ski, deep water for diving, kayak, and inflatables for adults or kids, a sunset view to take your breath away while sitting, either in the lounge chairs, or the romantic porch swing!!
