Wifi included. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen w/bar, living room & laundry room. So close to restaurants, museums, wineries, breweries, shopping, ferries, parks & water parks, boating, fishing, birding, beaches & swimming. Close to Cedar Point, Catawba, Port Clinton, Oak Harbor, Sandusky, Kelleys Island, Put-In -Bay, and Middle Bass Island.

The space
The Condo is all on one floor. There is a small set of steps up to the building door only. Building is protected by security cameras and key code door. You cannot get in without the building code. The condo door has it's own code to gain entry as well. All brand new furniture and appliances. Enter into the living area which has floor to ceiling sliding doors with porch and a view of the dock and water. Open concept living area with the kitchen and wrap around bar. Down the hallway are 2 bedrooms on the right and laundry room and bathroom on the left. Continue down the hallway to the master bedroom and bathroom with walk-in closet and access to the bedroom porch.

Guest access
You will have the entire condo to yourselves. The Clubhouse is shared by other owners and guests. The Clubhouse holds the gym and the pool is located at the back of the Clubhouse. The private beach is just on the other side of the pool. Hours depend on season.

Other things to note
We have it set to a 28 day stay, but you can message me directly if you would like a shorter stay. Between November and March, the 28 day stay is only $3,000 plus fees. April through October is $6,000 plus fees.
