Experience an incredibly luxurious vacation and the brand new sophisticated side of Seagrove Beach. Casa D'Azure is one of the newest additions to this 30A beach town. This luxurious home is characterized by contemporary furnishings, tall ceilings, and is located just steps away from local restaurants and activities. Stroll to Timpoochee Trail, and enjoy exploring the coast while soaking up the Florida sunshine. Guests can enjoy a dip in the pool or take a few minutes walk to your own private beach access. With tons to do nearby, this home is sure to please the entire group!

With over 3,500 square feet of living space, tons of natural light, and an incredibly spacious living area, Casa D'Azure is inviting to every guest who enters this home. Located on the second floor, the open floor plan in the main living areas allows for ample space to entertain guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and a center island with four seats at the breakfast bar. Additional dining arrangements are located at the dining table with six seats. The adjacent modern living room offers guests comfort on two sleek sofas and three sofa chairs. Not to mention, large windows are conveniently located across the south end of the living room, allowing for ample sunlight to fill the home. The second floor suite is located down the hall from the main living areas. This bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, generous sized windows, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Access the third floor using the stairs or the elevator. This floor was created for comfort and relaxation in the final five suites. Three of the third floor bedrooms are king suites, featuring king-sized beds, flat-screen TVs, and an en-suite with a shower in each room. The final two bedrooms share a jack and jill bathroom with a spacious shower. On the right side, an additional king-sized bed and flat-screen TV are located. On the left side, two built in queen bunks are perfect for those traveling with young adults and children.

Outside, we invite guests to relax in a private oasis. A private pool with ample seating is the perfect spot to enjoy while not at the beach. An on-site grill and an outdoor shower is located just next to the pool.

Seagrove Beach is an ideal destination for families looking to relax with family and friends. This area offers one of the least crowded beaches along the Emerald Coast. The Perfect Pig Grill and Fish House, Brozinni Pizzeria, and Cafe Thirty-A, are located less than five minutes away from the home.
