Kitchen: Chef's Kitchen featuring Viking gas stove and oven, SubZero refrigerators, double dishwashers, Calphalon cookware, and all plates, utensils, cups, and kitchen essentials needed to serve a large group. Huge outdoor natural gas grill with sink and flat-top. We also work with a number of local private chefs that can cater or cook on-site.

Living Space: Large living room with lots of comfortable seating and a large TV along with board games and puzzles, dining area with seating for 12, pool room and chess board, and a formal sitting area by the fireplace perfect for enjoying a book.

Bedrooms: Total of 6 bedrooms including two upstairs master suites with furnished terraces overlooking the pool and Lake Mayan. The bedding and mattresses are of the absolute highest quality and comfort. Every room features a TV with cable, and there is more than enough closet space for even the heaviest of packers. Bathrooms: Total of 6.5 bathrooms fully stocked with luxurious soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, and plenty of high-quality linens. Both upstairs master suite bathrooms feature their own coffee bar for you to enjoy a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over Lake Mayan each morning from your private terrace, all without leaving your room!

Outdoor: Massive resort-style backyard with a heated pool and jacuzzi with plenty of lounge chairs and seating around the pool. Play pool basketball or float the day away. Walk through the gazebo to the large boat dock on Lake Mayan with Adirondack chairs for you to enjoy the warm sea breeze. A fixed bridge at the lake entrance means small boats only, making the water very peaceful and safe for you to paddleboard or kayak with our included equipment.

Beach: Fort Lauderdale is known for its pristine beaches and turquoise waters, and we have the best beach in town a short walk away! Harbor Beach is the widest beach in Ft. Lauderdale and the least crowded due to the limited public parking. Watch the cruise ships sail within 20 yards of you on their way from the harbor out to sea. It is truly a local secret, only a short walk from the Casa De Mayan.

Location: Located in the gated Harbor Beach neighborhood with a constant police patrol. Our house is in the East section of the neighborhood, meaning you can walk to the beach without having to cross over the busy A1A highway. 9 minute walk to the public entrance of Harbor Beach, or a short drive to Fort Lauderdale’s main beach area. Only 10-15 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport, less than 5 minutes to the Fort Lauderdale Port and Convention Center.

Booking Information: Upon booking your reservation, you must submit a signed copy of the Rental Agreement and Guest Registry and a copy of a valid government-issued Photo ID within 7 days of booking to confirm your reservation. Please email these documents to the email address listed on the Rental Agreement. Failure to do so may cause your reservation to be cancelled.

Management: The Casa De Mayan is locally owned and managed. We are available 24/7 during your stay to ensure you have the absolute best experience possible. Host will greet you at the house upon check-in to give you a tour of the property and to answer any questions before leaving you to relax and enjoy your vacation. We nowhave HighChairs and booster seats!

Guests have access to entire property. This is NOT an owner occupied property and you have NO Worries about privacy.
