Once inside, this home features 5 bedrooms with 4 having en suite bathrooms. Equipped with a big-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and comfortable sleeping for all, this home is the perfect escape for you and your group! Top off a perfect day with ping-pong and BBQ while enjoying the breathtaking views of the mountains.

All AvantStay guests have access to our 24/7 guest experience line, a dedicated hospitality manager, and hotel-grade amenities.

As our guests, we kindly ask that you respect our neighbors and the community by adhering to our house rules, keeping all outside noise to a minimum, and following shelter-in-place guidelines. We will not tolerate any excessive noise or partying and have the right to vacate you from the property should this be an issue.

This home features 5 comfortable bedrooms, including 4 Master suites, to choose from all with their own unique charms! Everyone will find a space they love without having to fight for rooms. The bedroom configurations are as so:

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols while stockpiling reserves for all supplies in accordance with suggested practices from US and global health authorities. We're taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions and our team of professionals is working around the clock to ensure that we are over-prepared for any guest concerns that may arise. Our staff is also equipped with protective gear to maintain the safety of all parties. We are closely monitoring all guidelines and communications from the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and regional & national health authorities to update our best practices as the situation evolves.

This home comes with a pack n' play travel crib available. A high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

 

Max of 5 vehicles are permitted at this home with one vehicle in the garage, three vehicles in the driveway, and only one vehicle is allowed to be parked on-street.

Located in the middle of multiple golf courses and custom homes, you'll be playing for par at one of the many plush and vibrant golf courses surrounding the neighborhood. After a day of golfing, swing by La Quinta for a historic tour and fine dining. Plan a day with your friends and family to visit the Living Desert Zoo and Gardens. Everything you could want for entertainment is just minutes away from your stay.

The neighborhood is in the Coachella Valley, host to many cultural activities like Music Festivals, Art Shows, and Sporting Events. Check out the Coachella Valley History Museum in Indio. You will have your days filled with places to see, restaurants to dine at, and activities to entertain all of your friends and family.

Renters and their daytime guests should park in the garage, in the driveway, or directly in front of the rental property. Keep in mind you are renting in a neighborhood. Respect the neighbors and they will respect you. Renter's vehicles blocking a neighbor's driveway or parked on the street often result in the greatest number of complaints. Use the garage and the driveway of the rental property as your primary parking area.

Please note that we do not provide speakers or sound systems for use in our properties.

Due to current events beginning March 24, 2020 we will no longer be offering complimentary pool and spa heat. Pool and Spa heat needs to be requested at least 72 hrs in advance of check-in. If you would like the pool or spa heated during your stay please reach out to us and we will provide you with a price quote for your stay.

Please note we cannot guarantee temperatures due to weather or other factors. Paying for spa heat allows you to use and heat the spa at your own leisure. Please allow 1-3 hours for heating once you arrive.

Pets will be considered on a case by case basis. We love your furry friends, but prior written consent from the host is required. We allow up to 1 pet for a fee of $150 per pet. We also require a $300 refundable pet deposit. If an unauthorized pet is on the premises, the guest will be assessed a fine. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be the responsibility of the guest.

We take the rules very seriously! Prior to booking, please refer to the House Rules included in our listing and contact us with any questions.

We care about being outstanding members of the communities we live in. Please note that per our house rules and local city ordinance, occupancy limits and quiet hours are strictly enforced. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all times and respect the rules of the community. In order to ensure a continued great experience for our guests and our neighbors, kindly note that any violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the city may result in a fine, forfeiture of security deposit and could lead to immediate eviction.

Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances will be subject to an immediate $500 fine, in addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Smoking is absolutely prohibited on the entire premises, both within the house and on the property grounds. This includes smoking cigarettes, cigars, pipes or any other smoking device. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and damage liability of up to $2,500 for any discovered damage to furniture or odors.
