Newly renovated 875 square foot cottage with high quality accommodations located just a few steps from both the beach and also the quaint town center of Ocean Park(OP), OOB Maine. The cottage sleeps 4 very comfortably. All new quality furnishings, AC, new appliances, stone counter tops, outdoor picnic table, and cookout grill provided.

The cottage has 2 levels - a large Master Bedroom on the 2nd floor with direct ocean views and a comfortable queen sleeper sofa within the 1st-floor living room area as a second sleeping arrangement. During Peak Season one parking space for a medium size car is provided. Additional free public parking can be obtained on the street itself for any extra vehicles. During Off-peak seasons we can provide two parking spots depending on our own schedule. See other pages for more details.

The cottage is fully equipped, licensed, and marketed for accommodating up to four individuals in total. No overloading of cottage is accepted or tolerated.

I will provide onsite viewing tours should I be at OOB and the unit is vacant.

The cottage is perfectly located on the beach side to the center of Ocean Park(OP) and is just steps(35 plus walking steps) to both the beach and the quaint and distinctive Ocean Park, Maine Town Center that is at the very fabric of the Ocean Park family experience. .

The cottage has just completed full interior and exterior renovations which includes a new kitchen re-configuration, high quality appliances, stone( Quartz) counter tops, custom cabinetry, new high quality furnishings, etc. The cottage is adjacent to , but fully segregated from our main and distinctive Victorian style home, within the center of Ocean Park.
Unlike the condo rental accommodations and Association rules , I am able to provide a cookout grill and outdoor picnic bench with seating area.

Linens are NOT provided by default but can still be professionally and readily arranged for with door to door service if needed. Weekly Fee includes weekly cleaning (Saturdays) at turnover by contractor. Unit is rented Saturday to Saturday . In the off-peak season schedules we can possibly provide two parking spaces depending on the schedule and out own visitors to our main home. There is a 3-Day minimal bookings requirement during all of the off seasons. Weekly rentals are required during the peak season. Multi-Week discounts can be provided or pre-arranged.

Email/phone referrals can be arranged and made available upon requests. We offer two HIGH quality rental properties. We forfeited the full rental season of 2017 at this cottage in order to fully renovate this cottage to current highest quality standards.
