Palmas del Mar gives you more than just a vacation experience, it is developed with beaches, pools, places to eat and drink such as latin, mexican and italian food. Also it counts with a Golf Club, Tennis Courts, skate park, childrens park and tracks on which people can use their golf carts, do some jogging and also run their bicycles.  Its more than a place to have fun, get some rest, eat and drink.

Getting around
If you consider to go visit more other places outside from Palmas del Mar, there are night excursions such as the Bio-Luminescent Bay at Cabezas de San Juan in Fajardo, to visit Culebra and Vieques its only a 35 minutes drive from Palmas del Mar to Vieques/Culebra Ferrys at Ceiba's Roosevelt Roads Base and visit beaches as famous as Flamenco Beach in Culebra and Black Sand Beach in Vieques. One of the most impressive places that Puerto Rico offers is El Yunque Rain Forest, “one of the most biologically diverse of the national forests hosting hundreds of animal and plant species, some of which only are found here” ( United States Department of Agriculture : Forest Service), it also has rivers, waterfalls and even zip lines.
