The second floor boasts 6 more bedrooms (3 Kings {one of which can be 2 twins} and 3 Queens) and 4 baths. Three of the bedrooms have views of the ocean and Funland.
On the third floor, a bonus room provides excellent views of the ocean as well as a playroom for the children, and also has three days beds with three pull out trundles, for a total of 6 beds.
All mattresses are new and are made of high-density memory foam, which is naturally anti-microbial and provides excellent support and comfort.
The driveway provides off-street parking for three full size vehicle. In addition, there is one reserved parking spot on the street.
Please note that bed linens, towels, paper products, soap products, and trash bags are not included. Guests must bring their own, or arrange for linen rentals from a local vendor.
Accessibility notes: The City of Rehoboth provides free beach wheelchairs from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. starting May 28th through September 25th. The closest storage shed is located on the beach at Laurel Street, to accommodate your needs. Wheelchairs are provided on a first come, first served basis. No pets, emotional support animals, or young (<25) groups allowed. Service animals specifically trained to aid a disabled person are permitted and must provide documentation in advance.
Occupancy: The Residential Rentals Ordinance also regulates occupancy limitations that are permitted to be maintained for each property. The occupancy shall not exceed two persons per bedroom plus an additional two persons. Children six years of age or younger are not included in the occupant count. Over occupancy is a violation of the rental agreement and cause for termination of the lease.
