Home has large family room that opens to dining area with open kitchen. Kitchen table seats 6, with 4 stools at large counter/bar. For chilly evenings, enjoy the stone natural fireplace--homeowner provides firewood!
Off the back of the house, sit on the deck and enjoy the breezes! You can grill dinner on one of two outdoor grills provided, and your meals can be enjoyed on the large pine picnic table overlooking the lake.

On a clear day, you can see the north end of Torch Lake! The home is also 15 minutes from Elk Rapids, where you can enjoy one of several great restaurants...Pearl's, Siren Hall. Home is also about 2 miles from Alden.
Owner provides a mooring for boat tie up off of the 120 feet of dock. Tie up of boats, rafts is absolutely NOT allowed on the dock.
We do not provide access to the garage in the home.
We provide housekeeping service upon checkout--and include this in rental fee.
Trash disposal/pickup is provided and guests are required to take all 3 trash bins (even semi-full) to curb for early Friday morning for pickup.

**This home is a privately owned residence, and thus rents exclusively to single families on a 1-week minimum basis. We are selective in our rental process and ask that our guests respect our rental agreement. The home only rents a few weeks each summer and when not rented, the home is exclusively used by the owner's family. Please...if you rent our home, we expect you to treat it as if it's your own! This home is ideal for families and is NOT a party house!
Please note-use of boat does not come with the house. We do not allow access to either the garage or the boat house/boat garage.
