Tastefully renovated in the summer of 2011. A perfect place for families or couples. Our home consists of 3 bedrooms, the master has a King size bed, a 4 piece ensuite bathroom and patio doors out to its own deck. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed, third bedroom has two twins. The main bathroom is a 4 piece.

Air conditioning added to the home April 2013.

The living space is open plan, ideal for entertaining.Sliding doors off the dining room take you to a large covered deck,the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee, read a book, listen to the birds, enjoy a glass of our local wine. A relaxing spot any time of the day or night.

The double garage is large and secure.

Dogs are a huge part of our lives and a lot of vacationing families. The 'Yellow House' is a great place to bring that special member of the family. Although fenced, the backyard is not secure to leave your animal unattended.

We do not charge extra for dogs so it is very much appreciated if you clean up both inside and outside after your pets. This includes dog HAIR!

'Yellow House' is approx. 1.5 km from Skaha beach. Skaha Bluffs are steps away and 3m to Cherry Lane Mall. South Okanagan Event Center/ Convention Center is 8 KM or a 10 minute drive. We are conveniently situated for an easy drive to shopping. Just step out the front door and go for a walk, run, cycle, mountain bike, boating or swimming. Train for TRIATHALONS!

Fall is a fabulous time in the South Okanagan. Come and experience WINE FEST. So many world class wineries to enjoy. Great food, Great wine. This is also low season at The Yellow House. A fabulous get away for your group of friends or family.

I do not allow Trailers/Campers or Motorhomes on the property to be used for additional accommidation.

The Yellow House is available for long term Winter Rental. Rates are $2,000 per month October 15 - April 15 2010 Please contact Annette for more information regarding long term winter stay for Snow Birds!

I am So Excited to offer my VASEUX LAKE COTTAGE. This is a wonderful 2 bedroom 1 bathroom cottage on Vaseux lake, 15 minutes south of Penticton. A true lake cottage, 20 ft. from the water and has it's own private beach!
